Hello! My name is Lauren. I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in myofascial release, (similar to deep tissue) sports massage, cupping and relaxing swedish massages. I have been in the health and fitness industry throughout my entire career and have a passion for helping others. I offer mobile massage and I have a suite located inside of Forged Fitness off University in Fort Worth. Per industry standards I charge .50 per mile to and from your location for all mobile services.
